RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Last updated: September 2026

At On Point, we are committed to providing high-quality boxing equipment that meets our standards for performance, durability and craftsmanship.

We carefully inspect our products before dispatch. However, if you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or a problem that was present when you received it, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can assess the issue and determine the appropriate remedy.

1. Faulty or Defective Products

If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect, is damaged before or during delivery, is not as described, or otherwise does not meet the required standard, please contact us with details of the issue.

We may request photographs or videos of the product and, where appropriate, ask you to return the item for inspection.

Depending on the circumstances and your legal rights, we may offer a:

  • Replacement product;

  • Repair where appropriate;

  • Partial refund; or

  • Full refund.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.

2. What Is Not Considered a Product Defect

A refund or replacement may not be available where damage or deterioration has resulted from:

  • Normal wear and tear;

  • Incorrect use or misuse of the product;

  • Failure to follow care or usage instructions;

  • Accidental damage;

  • Damage caused by modifications or attempted repairs;

  • Damage caused by exposure to unsuitable conditions;

  • Damage resulting from using the product for a purpose for which it was not designed; or

  • Cosmetic changes that occur through normal use and do not affect the product's performance.

For boxing gloves and other training equipment, normal signs of use will not necessarily constitute a manufacturing defect.

3. Change of Mind and Unwanted Items

Where you purchase from us online, you may have a statutory right to cancel your order within the applicable cancellation period even where the product is not faulty.

Where a cancellation is made under applicable consumer law, the product must be returned in accordance with those requirements.

Any handling of the product should be limited to what is reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. We reserve the right to account for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

4. Exchanges

We do not routinely offer exchanges for reasons such as a change of mind, incorrect size selection or preference for another product, except where required by applicable law.

If you believe you have received a faulty, defective or incorrectly supplied product, please contact us and we will assess the issue.

5. How to Report a Problem

If you believe your product has a defect, please contact us at:

contact@onpointboxing.co.uk

Please include:

  • Your full name;

  • Order number;

  • Date of purchase;

  • A description of the issue; and

  • Clear photographs or videos showing the problem where possible.

Please do not return an item before contacting us unless we have instructed you to do so.

6. Inspection of Returned Products

Where a product is returned because of an alleged defect, we may inspect the item to determine the nature and cause of the problem.

If the issue is determined to be a manufacturing defect or another issue for which we are legally responsible, we will provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.

If the issue is determined to have resulted from misuse, accidental damage, normal wear and tear or another cause for which we are not responsible, the item may not qualify for a refund or replacement.

7. Refunds

Where you are entitled to a refund, the refund will generally be issued to the original payment method.

The timing of the refund may depend on the payment provider and applicable legal requirements.

Where a refund is approved because a product is faulty or otherwise does not meet the required legal standards, we will comply with the applicable requirements regarding the refund and any associated return costs.

8. Return Shipping

Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged on arrival, incorrectly supplied or otherwise subject to a remedy under applicable consumer law, we will deal with return shipping in accordance with the applicable legal requirements.

For other returns, the customer may be responsible for the cost of returning the product where permitted by law.

9. Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any legal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including rights relating to goods that are faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality.

If you have a question about a return, refund or potential defect, please contact us before sending the product back.
